Here’s a list of all the new moves introduced into Black & White. Any name currently in italics is a name that has been translated from the Japanese and is not the final, English name. We hope to have all the English names shortly after the release of the game, if we dont get it before

Bolt Strike 5 130 85 Has a 20% chance to paralyze the target.
Blue Flare 5 130 85 Has a 20% chance to burn the target.
Chip Away 20 70 100 Ignores the target’s stat modifiers.
Circle Throw 10 60 90 Ends wild battles. Forces trainers to switch Pokémon.
Clear Smog 15 50 - Removes all of the target’s stat modifiers.
Coil 20 0 - Raises the user’s Attack, Defense, and accuracy by one stage each.
Cotton Guard 10 0 - Raises the user’s Defense by three stages.
Dragon Tail 10 60 90 Ends wild battles. Forces trainers to switch Pokémon.
Drill Run 10 80 95 Has an increased chance for a critical hit.
Dual Chop 15 40 90 Hits twice in one turn.
Echoed Voice 15 40 100 Power increases by 100% for each consecutive use by any friendly Pokémon, to a maximum of 200.
Entrainment 15 0 100 Copies the user’s ability onto the target.
Electricweb 15 55 95 Lowers the target’s Speed by one stage.
Electro Ball 10 1 100 Power is higher when the user has greater Speed than the target, up to a maximum of 150.
Fiery Dance 10 80 100 Has a 50% chance to raise the user’s Special Attack by one stage.
Final Gambit 5 1 100 Inflicts damage equal to the user’s remaining HP. User faints.
Fire Pledge 10 50 100 With Water Pledge, doubles the effect chance of friendly Pokémon’s moves for four turns.
Flame Burst 15 70 100 Deals splash damage to Pokémon next to the target.
Flame Charge 20 50 100 Inflicts regular damage. Raises the user’s Speed by one stage.
Foul Play 15 95 100 Calculates damage with the target’s attacking stat.
Freeze Shock 5 140 90 Requires a turn to charge before attacking. Has a 30% chance to paralyze the target.
Frost Breath 10 40 90 Always scores a critical hit.
Fusion Bolt 5 100 100 With Fusion Flare, inflicts double damage.
Fusion Flare 5 100 100 With Fusion Bolt, inflicts double damage.
Gear Grind 15 50 85 Hits twice in one turn.
Glaciate 10 65 95 Lowers the target’s Speed by one stage.
Grass Pledge 10 50 100 With Fire Pledge, damages opposing Pokémon for 1/8 their max HP every turn for four turns.
Guard Split 10 0 - Averages Defense and Special Defense with the target.
Head Charge 15 120 100 User receives 1/4 the damage it inflicts in recoil.
Heal Pulse 10 0 - Heals the target for half its max HP.
Heart Stamp 25 60 100 Has a 30% chance to make the target flinch.
Heat Crash 10 1 100 Power is higher when the user weighs more than the target, up to a maximum of 120.
Heavy Slam 10 1 100 Power is higher when the user weighs more than the target, up to a maximum of 120.
Hex 10 50 100 Has double power if the target has a major status ailment.
Hone Claws 15 0 - Raises the user’s Attack and accuracy by one stage.
Horn Leech 10 75 100 Heals the user by half the damage inflicted.
Hurricane 10 120 70 Has a 30% chance to confuse the target.
Ice Burn 5 140 90 Requires a turn to charge before attacking. Has a 30% chance to burn the target.
Icicle Crash 10 85 90 Has a 30% chance to make the target flinch.
Incinerate 15 30 100 Destroys the target’s held berry.
Inferno 5 100 50 Has a 100% chance to burn the target.
Leaf Tornado 10 65 90 Has a 50% chance to lower the target’s accuracy by one stage.
Bulldoze 20 60 100 Has a 100% chance to lower the target’s Speed by one stage.
Low Sweep 20 60 100 Lowers the target’s Speed by one stage.
Magic Room 10 0 - Negates held items for five turns.
Night Daze 10 85 95 Has a 40% chance to lower the target’s accuracy by one stage.
Power Split 10 0 - Averages Attack and Special Attack with the target.
Psystrike 10 100 100 Inflicts damage based on the target’s Defense, not Special Defense.
Psyshock 10 80 100 Inflicts damage based on the target’s Defense, not Special Defense.
Quash 15 0 100 Makes the target act last this turn.
Quick Guard 15 0 - Prevents any priority moves from hitting friendly Pokémon this turn.
Quiver Dance 20 0 - Raises the user’s Special Attack, Special Defense, and Speed by one stage each.
Rage Powder 20 0 - Redirects the target’s single-target effects to the user for this turn.
Razor Shell 10 75 95 Has a 50% chance to lower the target’s Defense by one stage.
Reflect Type 15 0 - User becomes the target’s type.
Relic Song 10 75 100 Has a 10% chance to put the target to sleep.
Retaliate 5 70 100 Has double power if a friendly Pokémon fainted last turn.
Round 15 60 100 Has double power if it’s used more than once per turn.
Sacred Sword 20 90 100 Ignores the target’s stat modifiers.
Scald 15 80 100 Has a 30% chance to burn the target.
Secret Sword 10 85 100 Inflicts damage based on the target’s Defense, not Special Defense.
Searing Shot 5 100 100 Has a 30% chance to burn the target.
Shell Smash 15 0 - Raises user’s Attack, Special Attack, and Speed by two stages. Lower user’s Defense and Special Defense by one stage.
Shift Gear 10 0 - Raises the user’s Attack by one stage and its Speed by two stages.
Simple Beam 15 0 100 Changes the target’s ability to Simple.
Sky Drop 10 60 100 Carries the target high into the air, dodging all attacks against either, and drops it next turn.
Sludge Wave 10 95 100 Has a 10% chance to poison the target.
Smack Down 15 50 100 Removes any immunity to Ground damage.
Snarl 15 55 95 Has a 100% chance to lower the target’s Special Attack by one stage.
Soak 20 0 100 Changes the target’s type to Water.
Steamroller 20 65 100 Has a 30% chance to make the target flinch.
Stored Power 10 20 100 Power is higher the more the user’s stats have been raised, to a maximum of 31×.
Storm Throw 10 40 100 Always scores a critical hit.
Struggle Bug 20 30 100 Has a 100% chance to lower the target’s Special Attack by one stage.
Synchronoise 15 70 100 Hits any Pokémon that shares a type with the user.
Tail Slap 10 25 80 Hits 2-5 times in one turn.
Techno Blast 5 85 100 If the user is holding a plate, the damage inflicted will match it.
Telekinesis 15 0 - Moves have 100% accuracy against the target for three turns.
V-create 5 180 95 Lowers the user’s Defense, Special Defense, and Speed by one stage each.
Venoshock 10 65 100 Inflicts double damage if the target is Poisoned.
Volt Switch 20 70 100 User must switch out after attacking.
Water Pledge 10 50 100 With Grass Pledge, halves opposing Pokémon’s Speed for four turns.
Wide Guard 10 0 - Prevents any multi-target moves from hitting friendly Pokémon this turn.
Wild Charge 15 90 100 User receives 1/4 the damage it inflicts in recoil.
Wonder Room 10 0 - All Pokémon’s Defense and Special Defense are swapped for 5 turns.
Work Up 30 0 - Raises the user’s Attack and Special Attack by one stage each.
