Transferring help

I have pokemon colloseum and I'm about to get ho-oh from the battle tower. Now it says that you can transfer ho-oh from pokemon colloseum to POkemon diamond or pearl. How do you do that, and how do you do that same thing with lugia on Pokemon XD.

If you read the back of the Diamond box, it says: This game CANNOT be connected to Gameboy N64 or Gamecube versions of Pokemon.

The only way if via GBA and Pal Park.

yeah, you'll have to trade any colosseium pokemon to a GBA cart and then Pal Park it across to your Diamond or Pearl cart...
