That new bird pokemon for P/D perappu looks sorta like the prevolution of a Ho-oh. Wat do u think?

Legendary Pokemon can't evolve. Also that's old.

Actually, it could, but Nintendo never said anything about having a legendary have a pre-evolution. Plus, I heard the Perappu is a music pokémon, and Ho-oh is a rainbow pokémon, so, why think like that?
