Here's what I think of each of your ideas.
Better Trading Systems: not that bad.
Pokemon: well the more the marrier
Maps: ?
Pokedex: A new lay out would be nice
Trainer Card: would be nice
More Cash: you meen there's not anough?
More Moves: that be great! there's already a new one, Magnetic Storm.
More Second Effect Moves: most likely will be
More ki[n]ds of trainers: hopfully!
More High Leveled Pokemon Trainers: that be great!
Longer Game Play: likely
Tougher Elite 4: maybe after you beat them the first time, they could get tougher
Going to other places (Hoenn, Johto, Kanto): It would be nice to see Johto, or a sprited version of Orre
More Fire Pokemon: that would be a given, one of the starer's probly gonna be a fire type: would be cool
More Wallpapers: depends...
More Items: would be cool, *Rares*
More Dragon Pokemon: there is new Dragon attack, so probly...
More Then 50 TM / HM: that I'm not sure of.
More Abilities / Better Abblitities: there most likely will be.
Improved Graphics: well check the sceen shots, what do you think?

ShinyPokemon Chances go Higher / Lower: I think it's fine as it is it, it eather be too easy or too hard.

Kid trainers? I mean, it's against the law in the pokémon world to have kids as trainers if they are 9 and below

I don't think you could go anywhere to the other regions. Look, only G/S/C was allowed to go to Kanto as well, but the storyline sucked badly, so yeah

I agree with more dragon pokémon. There's only: Dratini, Dragonair, Dragonite, Altaria, Flygon, Bagon, Shellgon, Salamance, Rayquaza, Latias and Latios. 11 dragons only.

I think that's a mistake and Yellow-Chan meant Meteoric Swarm, I haven't heard any news of any more moves being announced yet

I want there to be all the regions and when you beat one the elite four get harder, That whould also make it longer, Plus: MORE SIDE QUESTS PLEASE!!!! (Ah, Quests, I love that word...)
